These apple pie energy bites are a healthy and delicious snack that tastes just like apple pie! They are gluten-free, vegan, and packed with energy-boosting ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried apple, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Put rolled oats, chopped dried apple, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl
Mix until everything is well mixed and the mixture stays together
Put the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roll it into small balls, each about 1 tablespoon in size
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to make it firm
Once the energy bites are firm, put them in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge for up to a week
