Paleo Almond Butter Chocolate Fudge



This Paleo Almond Butter Chocolate Fudge is a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional fudge recipes. It's rich and chocolatey, with the goodness of almond butter and coconut oil. Perfect for a guilt-free treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Line a small square or rectangular pan with parchment paper

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond butter and coconut oil

Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until they are well mixed and smooth

Stir in honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until fully combined

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly

Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm

Remove the fudge from the freezer, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper, and cut it into small squares or bars

Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in the freezer to maintain their texture
