Instructions:
Line a small square or rectangular pan with parchment paper
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond butter and coconut oil
Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until they are well mixed and smooth
Stir in honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until fully combined
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly
Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm
Remove the fudge from the freezer, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper, and cut it into small squares or bars
