Simple Roasted Cauliflower



Simple roasted cauliflower is a delicious and healthy side dish that pairs well with almost any meal. The combination of olive oil and seasoning brings out the natural flavors of the cauliflower while roasting adds a delightful caramelization.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated

Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and edges are golden brown, stirring halfway through

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving
