Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and edges are golden brown, stirring halfway through
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving
