This hearty beef stew is made with fresh vegetables from the farmers market and is cooked slowly until it is just right. It is a comforting and tasty dish.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the beef cubes in a bowl and coat them with flour
Put the potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, and beef that has been coated into the slow cooker
Put the tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl and mix them with the beef broth, red wine, and wine
Add the mixture to the slow cooker and stir it in
Use a stir to mix
There should be no leaks
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef is soft
