Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 3

Instructions:

Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions

Bake brownies in a 9x13 inch baking pan and let cool completely

  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Follow the directions on the box to cook the macaroni until it is al dente

Remove the water and set it aside

Whisk the milk, eggs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper together in a bowl

To the cheese mix, add cooked macaroni, diced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and chopped spinach

Mix everything together well

For muffins, use cooking spray to grease the tin

Put an even amount of the macaroni mixture into each muffin cup

Put the muffins in an oven that has already been heated for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are set and have a light golden top

Let the muffins cool a bit in the pan before taking them out

You can serve it hot or cold

Basic Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Milk or cream optional

Instructions:

Put your favorite coffee on ice and wait for it to cool down

Add one to two tablespoons of sugar and stir it in

You can change the amount of sugar to suit your taste

Put ice cubes in a glass

Add the sweet coffee to the ice cubes and pour it on top

You can add a splash of milk or cream if you like

Put some whipped cream on top and drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup over it for an extra treat

Pumpkin Spiced Cupcakes with Orange Curd



These delicious pumpkin spiced cupcakes are filled with homemade orange curd and have warm spices mixed in with them. They are the perfect fall treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Orange Curd:
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:

Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan

Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a medium-sized bowl and mix them together with a whisk

Put away

Put the softened butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix them together until they are light and fluffy

Each egg should be added one at a time, and then the pumpkin puree should be added

The dry ingredients should be added to the wet ingredients three times, with the buttermilk coming in between each time

The dry ingredients should be added first and last

Don't mix any further than that

Add the vanilla extract and mix well

Fill each lined cup about two thirds of the way to the top with cupcake batter

After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes in the pan

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely

Get the orange curd ready while the cupcakes cool

Put the orange juice, orange zest, and granulated sugar in a small saucepan

Stir the mixture while heating it over medium heat until the sugar is gone

Whisk the egg yolks in a different bowl

Pour the hot orange mixture into the egg yolks slowly while whisking all the time

Put the mixture back in the saucepan

Cook over low heat, stirring all the time, for about 5 minutes, or until it gets thick enough to coat the back of a spoon

Taking it off the heat, add the butter and stir it in until it melts

After the cupcakes and orange curd have cooled, make a hole in the middle of each one with a small knife

Spoon some orange curd into the well

No-Churn Cheesecake Ice Cream with Graham Cracker Crust

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar

Sprinkle half of the graham cracker mixture on top

Repeat layers with remaining cheesecake ice cream mixture and graham cracker mixture

Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced and caramelized
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions:

Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want

Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet after it has been rolled out

Spread the pizza sauce out evenly on the dough, but leave a little space around the edges for the crust

Add the shreds of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce

Spread the corn kernels, crumbled bacon, and caramelized onions out evenly on top of the cheese

For some heat, you can sprinkle the red pepper flakes on top of the toppings if you want to

Put the olive oil on top of the pizza and add salt and black pepper to taste

Place the pizza in an oven that has already been heated up

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned

Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a minute or two to cool down

Add fresh basil leaves as a garnish before cutting and serving
